I named my executive coaching practice “Do Better” because the phrase has always been more than words, it’s a call to action.
I have navigated the web of sexism and racism in the workplace, learning lessons from each bump along the way. These experiences taught me how to move through systems and understand their impact on my body, mind, and spirit. Now, I’m committed to making your leadership experience stronger and more supported than mine, guiding you to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

As a Black woman in leadership, I’ve faced the realities of systemic sexism and racism in the workplace. My journey has been filled with high-level roles, director, dean, vice president, and chief officer, each teaching me invaluable lessons about resilience, strength, and leadership.
I understand your journey because I’ve lived it. Each role, each obstacle, and each success shaped my ability to guide others through similar paths. My leadership journey has been transformative, rooted in self-reflection, intentional growth, and finding my voice amid adversity. That process has not only empowered me, but also equipped me to empower you.
