During the discovery call, we get to learn more about each other. We’ll discuss what is bringing you to explore executive coaching, who I am as an executive coach, my style, and whether it would be an effective fit for your needs.
I offer three executive coaching packages: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months.
No, all of the executive coaching sessions are offered over Zoom for your convenience and flexibility.

Packages start at $1500 per month with a commitment ranging from 3 to 9 months.
Each session is 60 minutes long.

After filling out the intake form and having the discovery call, we will discuss and finalize the executive coaching package that best suits your needs. Once the package is confirmed, we will schedule your first session and begin your executive coaching journey.
To make the most of your executive coaching sessions, it's helpful to come prepared with specific topics or challenges you want to address. Reflect on your goals and any recent experiences that are relevant to our discussions. This ensures our time together is focused and productive.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our time effectively and ensures you get the most out of your coaching experience.
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns or feel that the coaching is not meeting your expectations, please discuss them with me. We will work together to address your concerns and adjust the coaching approach as needed.
Yes, I provide additional resources such as reading materials, exercises, and tools to support your development between sessions. You are also welcome to reach out via email with any questions or updates between our scheduled meetings.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a critical part of the coaching relationship. Everything discussed in our sessions will be kept private and secure.
