MY APPROACH.
My coaching approach is grounded, strategic, and human. I draw from my own lived experience as a Black woman in leadership, paired with decades of executive roles across higher ed, community college, and K–12 systems. Together, we’ll connect the big picture to practical strategies, so you’re not only clear on where you want to go, but also on how to get there.
This isn’t about leaving pieces of yourself behind. My work is about bringing your full self into your leadership, your values, your identity, and your voice and building strategies that honor all of it.
