My coaching approach is grounded in real leadership experience. I’ve spent my career in higher education and 6-12 systems, navigating complex institutions, leading teams, and advancing equity work.

In our work together, we focus on what is actually happening in your leadership right now — the decisions, relationships, and systems you’re navigating. Coaching becomes a space to think strategically, get clear about your next move, and lead with intention.

WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH LEADERS?

Many of the leaders I work with are women of color navigating complex institutions. They carry a lot of fesponsibility, expectations, and often the weight of being one of very few in the room.

I love this work because it creates space for honest conversation, strategic thinking, and reflection. Space to step back from the noise, get clear about what matters, and lead with intention.

My coaching is grounded in lived leadership experience and the realities of leading inside systems that weren’t always designed with us in mind.
